Almond Cycle

Happens during November to February. Stores nutrients and resources for the next seasons crop.

Happens from February to March. The buds on the trees burst to prepare for the pollination.

Happens from March to June. Almonds mature with the kernel starting to form as well as the shell starting to harden.

Happens during July to August. The hull of the almond splits exposing the almond shell.

Almonds are collected and transported to a storage unit or the huller/sheller where the kernel has its shell and hull removed.
